Add 1-2 capfuls (depending on the dryness of the skin) to the running water when filling the bathtub (this allows the bath oil to emulsify optimally and appear slightly cloudy in the water). It can also be used for showering, washing, or full-body cleansing (dissolve 1/2 capful in a bowl of warm water and use with a washcloth for body washing). After washing, do not rinse with clear water; instead, gently pat off excess water with a towel (do not rub). This leaves an optimal oil care film on the skin.
